Do Origins beauty products have a return policy? 

Unfortunately, due to health reasons, we do not allow our beauty products to be returned or exchanged, unless unopened and/or unused.  

We can, however, refund you if the article you received has not met your expectations, is faulty or was sent by mistake.  If preferred, Origins will send you a new parcel upon your request. 

For any claims regarding our make up or beauty products, it is asked you send a receipt or any other document that confirms your order.  To demand a refund or exchange, you must file your claim within the first 15 days after receiving the parcel. 

When can I ask for a refund? 

You can ask for a refund in the following situations: 

  • You received a wrong or defective beauty product 
  • The item was lost during shipping 
  • The product did not meet your expectations 
  • If you are a victim of Customer Fraud or, in other words, if someone bought any products in our store using your stolen credit card.

Yes, all Origins beauty products are made entirely of organic and vegan ingredients to meet our needs and values of a more sustainable and eco-friendlier world.  

Where can I buy Origins beauty products? 
 
All our beauty products are sold on our website and on Facebook.  

What do you use in your lipsticks? 
 
Every Origins lipstick is made of vegetable oil, candelilla cera, beeswax, seaweed and ocean clay, along with 30% of nature’s protagonists – fruits (30%).  
 
What’s Origins policy on shipping? 

We ship all over the world. The fees might vary.  

The standard shipping fee for European countries is 14$ and the shipping fee for the U.S. and Canada is 7$.
